One of the many fun things I did the past couple weeks was meeting Teresa Giudice at her book signing for her NYT best seller Fabulicious! Fast & Fit at The Americana in Glendale, CA. If you have no idea who she is, you can definitely read up about her on her website, see her on The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Bravo, and she was on the Celebrity Apprentice.

Talk about mad love for Teresa. You can tell I just came straight to her book signing in my work clothes. Teresa looks ridiculously beautiful in person, and she is absolutely a sweetheart. It was her 40th birthday not too long ago, and I even gave her a birthday card, wishing her a happy birthday. She gave me a hug and said "Thanks for coming!"
Onto other fun news...
Going through my baking albums, I wish I had begun my baking blog much sooner. I've made cupcakes to cake pops to tiered cakes.
I thought I'd share this video that my wonderful beau created back in January 2011. Granted, the information on the video is a bit outdated (e-mail/twitter account have since changed), but it should show you an array of projects that I've made. Tip of the iceberg, really.
